Support for life’s hardest transitions.

We help families and communities navigate moments of crisis, transition, and stuckness with practical, story-centered tools.

When someone you care about is struggling, you don’t have to guess what to do next.

We help families and communities navigate life’s hardest transitions with practical, story-centered tools that turn uncertainty into direction.

Wherever You Are in Your Story,There's Room to Grow.

Life is full of moments that invite us to pause, reflect, and consider what we want to create next. Sometimes those moments come through challenges, unexpected transitions, or patterns we are ready to change. Other times, they come from a growing desire for something more—greater purpose, stronger relationships, deeper connection, or a clearer vision for the future.

Wherever you find yourself, you don't have to have it all figured out to begin.

Our courses provide practical tools to help you recognize where you are, discover new possibilities, and intentionally create the life you want to live.

Your story is still being written. What will you create next?

This moment is heavier than you expected.

You may be watching someone you love—or someone you serve—cycle through the same patterns.
You may feel torn between helping and holding boundaries.
You may be wondering whether you’re doing too much… or not enough.

These moments are overwhelming not because you’ve failed—but because transition is hard, especially when identity, emotion, and stability are all in motion at once.

What you’re facing is not uncommon.
And it’s not hopeless.

HOW OUR APPROACH IS DIFFERENT

We don't tell people how to live their story. We equip them with the tools to create it.

At My Story Matters, we believe lasting change doesn't come from someone else telling us what to do. It comes from developing the awareness, skills, and personal capacity to make intentional choices and take ownership of our lives.

Rooted in the Creator’s Framework®, our approach moves beyond simply sharing information or offering temporary motivation. We focus on helping individuals understand themselves, recognize patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop the ability to intentionally respond to life's challenges and opportunities.

Our approach is built on five core principles:

1. Identity Before Behavior

We recognize that how individuals see themselves influences the choices they make. Rather than focusing exclusively on changing behaviors, we help people explore their identity, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop a vision of who they want to become.

2. Awareness Before Action

Meaningful change begins with recognizing what's happening within us. We help individuals identify their thoughts, emotions, patterns, and automatic responses so they can move from reacting unconsciously to choosing intentionally.

3. Regulation Before Response

When emotions and stress take over, our ability to think clearly and respond intentionally can become limited. We teach practical emotional regulation tools that help individuals expand their capacity to navigate challenges, engage in relationships, and make choices aligned with their vision.

4. Empowerment Through Accountability

We believe personal accountability is about ownership, not shame or blame. Rather than rescuing, directing, or controlling, we create opportunities for individuals to discover their own insights, recognize what is within their influence, and take responsibility for what they create next.

5. Integration Through Practice

Understanding a concept is only the beginning. Lasting change comes through consistent application. Our curricula provide opportunities to practice the tools in everyday situations, build new patterns, and gradually integrate these skills into a way of living.

More Than a Curriculum. A Way of Living.

The Creator’s Framework® is not about fixing people or providing a prescribed path to success. It is about strengthening the internal capabilities that allow individuals to navigate life with greater awareness, intention, accountability, and purpose.

We don't just teach tools for change. We help people learn to live them.

We don’t push people across bridges.
We build them and walk alongside.

Supporting Someone You Love? Start With You.

Whether you're a parent, caregiver, spouse, friend, mentor, or community leader, walking alongside someone through life's challenges can be both meaningful and difficult.

You may find yourself wanting to help but unsure what to say, how to respond, or when to step in and when to step back. You may be navigating your own emotions, fears, expectations, or frustrations while trying to support someone else's journey.

You don't need to have all the answers. You just need a place to start.

At My Story Matters, we encourage you to begin by learning and applying the Creator’s Framework® in your own life.

These tools help you recognize your own patterns, regulate your emotions, communicate with intention, and understand the difference between supporting someone and taking responsibility for their journey.

As you strengthen your own capacity to respond with clarity, accountability, and compassion, you become better equipped to walk alongside the people you care about—without trying to control their choices or carry what belongs to them.

Learn the tools for yourself. Live them in your own life. Then invite those you love to discover what they can create in theirs.

Because sometimes the most powerful way to support someone else's growth is to begin with your own.
