My Story Matters partners with organizations, agencies, facilities, employers, housing providers, treatment teams, educators, funders, and community leaders to create pathways of support that help individuals move from crisis to clarity, from survival to self-reliance, and from isolation to meaningful connection.
Why Partnership Matters
The people we serve are often navigating multiple systems at once: incarceration, reentry, housing instability, recovery, family separation, workforce barriers, trauma, poverty, and disconnection. When services are fragmented, participants can easily fall through the gaps.
